Caramel Apple Dip

Caramel Apple Dip

Makes about 3/4/ cup

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup granola cereal or crushed graham crackers for garnish

Preparation

Beat cream cheese brown sugar and vanilla in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with granola or graham crackers crumbs.

Serve with apple wedges for dipping.

TIP… I cut my apples and place them in a bowl with lemon juice until I am done cutting ALL. Then I rinse and the apples don’t brown AS FAST. Try to keep as many as possible covered and shaped back into an apple so air stays away
