Burgers and fries for dinner…. Jell-O and Pudding for dessert. Yum !

Burger with swiss cheese, Homemade Low Carb Ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and onion. All On one large wheat Pita cut in half ( makes two burgers)

I ran out of sweet potatoes so I had to use a russet potato for the fries. They were put in this bowl only for the photo. HALF was removed.

It will be very rare to see these potatoes on my plan. This is NOT my plate but it is someone else kinda following but not really. The others are not.

My dinner was made a few hours these plates. I wasn’t hungry yet. I didn’t have the pita but only because I didn’t want it. It was only 6 carbs so I could have had two but didn’t want any.

It made about 10 individual cups plus 2 tiny pudding only. Since there are more carbs in the pudding…. these were mainly jello with a little pudding.
