Spicy BBQ Pork Sandwiches (made from left over Pork Roast)

Place the left over roast in a frying pan and turn on low. I put about 1/2 cut of water and put the lid on for hours. After it starts breaking down  I add a sliced onion, stir and put the lid back on.

After an half hour or hour after onion add enough of your favorite BBQ sauce to spread all over. I can’t tell you amounts because I don’t know how much meat you have.

Now add about another 1/4 cup of water ONLY IF ALL OTHER WATER is gone. It should be because the meat absorbs it while cooking and helps break it down.

CAUTION… at this point I put in about 10-14 shakes of Tabasco Sauce. Leave out unless you want HOT and spicy.

When It’s done it looks like this.

Time to make the slaw

Load them up and serve with chips….. what an easy dinner and not too many dishes.
