LISTEN HERE……. I put the cheese on top to seal the rest of the ingredients. If it is going to sit on the table, I am going to make sure that it stays “moist”. The cheese and tomatoes seal it in nicely. So before anyone YELLS at me…. I know, I know, I know, please don’t yell at me. Oh and 7 out of 9 said “FORGET THE OLIVES”. Okay, I will and did.
Before finished. I like to stop here and put in the fridge over night. Will finish it and serve before guests arrive.

Update…. just made another batch of chips. Now the whole house smells like oil (LOL). I have all the exhaust fans on and have windows opened AND three fans going (hallway, living room and kitchen)
