Anyone that wants to change the date for Halloween has NO IDEA what Halloween really means.
Halloween actually means “All Hollow’s Eve”. Meaning the day before the religious holiday of “All Saints Day” or All Souls Day. It’s NOT based on the date of October 31, but rather the date of November 1.
