This is my first Rhubarb Plant.<\/p>\n

Since this is a Holiday Weekend, I decided to forget the “everyday routine”, and decided to just… live for the moment.<\/p>\n

I was having coffee while looking out he window and decided that I should go pick the rhubarb again.<\/p>\n

I picked some about a month ago and i thought I killed it. Now it is even bigger and I collected a good amount.<\/p>\n

This picture is from this morning, and this is how much I collected.<\/p>\n

Now time to trim it up and freeze it or make a\u00a0 Strawberry- Rhubarb pie. Yum !! (UPDATE I am making Jam)<\/p>\n

I think I will make something for “him” to take to work and share with co-workers. Hmmm, what should I make?<\/p>\n

I made the Jam. I asked “Him” to taste it (after it was solid etc). Are you ready for his reply?<\/p>\n

Here is how the conversation went.<\/p>\n

Me……Honey, it’s finished, would you to taste it?<\/em><\/p>\n

Him….Sure, you know I will. Wow, I can’t believe it tastes good !!<\/em><\/p>\n

Me…..WHAT?….. What do you mean by that?<\/em><\/p>\n

Him….. No, no, no, I didn’t know Rhubarb would could taste good.<\/em><\/p>\n

Me…… Good “Save” Honey, but there is so\u00a0much more than just Rhubarb in there.<\/em><\/p>\n

Him…..Ok,but I am still surprised.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
