This turned out great… and was requested for tomorrow if there are any left overs.<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately I had to throw this in FROZEN because the other one ended up in the trash. I hope I have time to pull this BBQ off without problems. Everyone knows what will be served so this just has to work.<\/p>\n

It smells WONDERFUL !!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m going to lift it out and put it in an extra large glass bowl to catch juices too.<\/p>\n

I cheated. I used my bamboo strainer to lift it out. The meat was falling apart and I wanted to collect as much as possible at one time.<\/p>\n

Yep…worked great.<\/p>\n

Now its time to shred the meat and put it back into the wonderful FLAVORFUL juices.<\/p>\n

Beautiful bare bone<\/p>\n

Ok time to go swimming.<\/p>\n

Now time to keep this on low for a couple hours.<\/p>\n

After hours this is how it turned out.<\/p>\n

I was told many times that “it was the best I have ever made”.<\/em>… I might have to agree.<\/p>\n

I’m so upset that i wasted the first pork shoulder\/butt. It was extremely large and so meaty.<\/p>\n

I will have a post about the sandwich in a few minutes. keep reading.<\/p>\n

I hope that I will be able to make this again with exactly the same flavors.<\/p>\n
