( Everything is being moved from another space, please be patient)<\/span><\/p>\n This blog started because I needed a place to say things where I wouldn’t be judged (\u00a0too harshly).\u00a0 *laugh*<\/span><\/p>\n I am an ….older woman <\/em>who has a very young girl inside. I have never felt old, \u00a0and I don’t want to start now.<\/span><\/p>\n If you need a place\u00a0that will\u00a0make\u00a0YOU<\/em> feel normal….. this is it. \u00a0There are times that even I shake my head and wonder what I was thinking.\u00a0 ( smile )<\/span><\/p>\n I don’t have a $8,000.00 camera to post photos, so please don’t expect miracles.\u00a0Most of the time I will have to explain what is in the photos. The food may not look edible, but it is. I rarely post a “flop recipe”, but I will post when ” I ” make a mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n I\u00a0don’t\u00a0have a “rags to riches” story by winning the lottery,\u00a0I’m still in rags, and NOT rich.<\/span><\/p>\n I\u00a0don’t have stories about my lavish\u00a0travels and the details of the places that I have gone. I don’t think anyone would be interested in my travels…….\u00a0because most people have “kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and garages”.\u00a0 Why waste the time bragging. ( wink )<\/span><\/p>\n I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not…\u00a0\u00a0I‘m just me !!!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n Please DO NOT take me too seriously, I am NOT a gourmet cook,\u00a0 I haven’t gone to\u00a0 culinary school so I can learn to cook, and I’m not anyone famous. This blog is a place to put all the tens of thousands of recipes that I have collected since 1969( or before). From magazines, newspapers, cookbooks, family members and neighbors. I will do my best to get them all in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n I was taught to cook at the age of about 5 standing on a chair next to my Mother and Grandmother.<\/span><\/p>\n My moods will change from day to day, so you have been warned ( laugh).\u00a0 I can be in the best of moods one morning, and all of a sudden “Life” happens and it is down hill from there.<\/span><\/p>\n One thing I AM, I am a true friend., I will never try to be something or someone that\u00a0I’m not.<\/span><\/p>\n On this blog, there will be recipes, daily mishaps, talking about family and friends, weight-loss, weight gain,\u00a0and other everyday happenings. My grammar is bad, my spelling will make you scratch your head…. But I’m Fun and honest.<\/span><\/p>\n I have been collecting recipes since 1997 on the Internet….. But since 1969 or so in real life…….\u00a0I \u00a0have family recipes dating back to 1927 from my family and friends family.\u00a0 I have made thousands of them and will post as many as possible. I make my own adjustments so I never make something the same way twice. ( unless it was perfect and could not be improved )\u00a0 *I’m laughing here*<\/span><\/p>\n Please come back and visit me, you never know what I’m blogging about. Even if you don’t come back, I still thank you for reading today.<\/span><\/p>\n I will tell you more about myself\u00a0when I finish playing with all these\u00a0COOL buttons. If I don’t return right away..\u00a0it is because I pushed the buttons that\u00a0they told me NOT to. ( I’m such a rebel)<\/span><\/p>\n I have recipes that I have been cooking for now over 50 years. I have recipes dated back to 1927, \u00a0I also have thousands saved and copied\u00a0 to the computer since 1995. Have patience with me, I’m still learning.<\/span><\/p>\n All Recipes WILL be posted in recipe form when I catch up ( I have to get a lot of them from my head to paper. Not all are written).<\/span><\/p>\n I will NOT post photos without asking permission first, And YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n DO NOT CHANGE ONE SINGLE THING IN MY RECIPES AND THEN GIVE THEM A TERRIBLE RATING. IF YOU CHANGE ONE SINGLE THING…..
